- Cotton ropes are all dyed by hand, each rope may show slightly different gradient colours.
- Cotton ropes can be hand washed with water. There might be slight colour fade during first time of washing
- Frequent washing will cause the colours to fade slightly
- Items may show slight imperfection during handmade progress. It will not affect the appearance, usage and safety of the product
- Please do not twist the rope intentionally
- Please check if any damage to the leash, and make sure the leash is stably installed before taking your dog out for walk
